UPDATE 3 22.07.2025, 13:30 CEST: Due to ongoing mitigation measures, Rescue Upper Austria will stay offline until all issues at our partner are resolved. Unfortunately, there is currently no estimate when the service can be recovered again.

All emergency calls are redirected to a different control room. Emergency calling is therefore not affected.

UPDATE 2 18.07.2025, 10:30 CEST: The underlying issue has been identified and is being worked on. For the time of problem mitigation, Rescue Upper Austria will stay offline.

UPDATE 1 17.07.2025, 12:00 CEST: The error was located, however the exact issue is still under investigation. For monitoring reasons, Rescue Upper Austria will stay offline until the underlying issue for the outage has been found.

Due to an unidentified problem at one of our partners, Rescue Upper Austria is currently not able to process calls. All emergency calls are redirected to a different control room.

We will update this incident once we have more information about the issue.
