Aktuell gibt es einen einen Ausfall der DEC112 Infrastruktur.

Seit 15.04.2025 um 7:00 Uhr CEST gibt es einen Ausfall bei einem unserer Infrastrukturpartner. Laut ersten Informationen handelt es sich um einen Hardwarefehler in deren System. Durch diesen Umstand sind aktuell leider keine Notrufe via DEC112 möglich. Dies betrifft alle Notrufnummern innerhalb der DEC112 App.

Aktuell warten wir die Behebung des Hardwarefehlers ab und informieren erneut, sobald die Infrastruktur wieder voll verfügbar ist.

UPDATE 10:20 CEST: Aktuell haben wir leider noch keine weiteren Informationen über den Zeitraum bis zur Wiederherstellung der Infrastruktur.

UPDATE 11:05 CEST: Das Problem wurde behoben, alle Services sind wieder verfügbar.

There is currently an outage of the DEC112 infrastructure.

Since 15.04.2025 at 7:00 am CEST there has been an outage at one of our infrastructure partners. According to initial information, this is due to a hardware error in their system. Unfortunately, this means that emergency calls via DEC112 are currently not possible. This affects all emergency numbers within the DEC112 app.

We are currently waiting for the hardware error to be rectified and will inform you again as soon as the infrastructure is fully available again.

UPDATE 18:00 CET: The problem at our hosting partner has been fixed. All monitoring systems are reporting correct states again.

Due to problems at one of our hosting partners, the current state of our monitoring systems does not represent the actual state of the system. According to our hosting partner, this is due to networking problems on their side and therefore affects servers on our side that are responsible for monitoring the emergency call system.

This means that on this page some services may be listed with status "Partial Outage", which is not correct. The whole emergency call system is running normally and emergency calls are processed just normally.

We will further watch this issue and give an update, once the problem is resolved.
